Note her guns on the back wall. Taught to shoot by her father as a child. Later in Africa she gave up shooting game to champion preservation.

This is my favourite view of Aldeburgh.The boat has appeared in many of the paintings I have done looking in this direction.

This last year I have travelled to The Karin Blixen Museum in Rungsted, Denmark also, closer to home,The Dylan Thomas Birth House in Swansea.
